February Reflections for Body, Soul & Spirit
#09: On today’s episode, I’m going to do a February recap of what has been supporting me in my body, soul and spirit. I share something that has been so yummy for my tastebuds, a book that is helping me pray more effectively and something huge let go of. These are just a few of the things I share. I hope this episode inspires and encourages you to do your own reflection.
Key Takeaways:
- A recap of what those parts are, for the body they are speech, the five senses and action. Our soul is made up of our mind, will and emotions. And our spirit is made up of our conscious, fellowship and intuition.
- I share what supported me in each area of my body, soul & spirit with lots of tips.
- God is our source and everything else is a resource. I will never make people truly happy. Only He can do that.
- Everything has a season Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
Resources:
- Trader Joe's Decaf Coffee Pods - Now this link goes to Amazon because I couldn't find it on TJ's website but you can at least see the packaging. I don't pay this much at TJ's so I wouldn't order it from Amazon.
- Trader Joe's Non-Dairy Oat Creamer Brown Sugar Flavor
- The Power of a Praying Woman by Stormie Omartian
- The Power of a Praying Wife by Stormie Omartian
- The Power of a Praying Husband by Stormie Omartian

Heavenly Position Guidance Challenge:
For this week’s HPS Challenge, take out your journal and spend at least 15 minutes in a quiet space if possible. Take this time to reflect on the month of February for yourself and your three parts, body, soul and spirit and the makeup of each area. Ask Holy Spirit to bring in to remembrance what he did for you and through you.
